Brandon was absolutely wonderful throughout the process, which was tricker than usual due to having my insurance company involved. Brandon was helpful, friendly and responsive every step of the way. My watch arrived as described - in beautiful condition, even faster than expected. Crescent Watch Guys just earned a customer for life.
