At Crescent Watch Guys, we take pride in ensuring every timepiece and jewelry purchase arrives safely, securely, and on time. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience from checkout to delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. If additional verification is required for high-value transactions, we may contact you before shipping to confirm details.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Free Insured Shipping (U.S. Orders): All domestic orders over $500 ship free and fully insured.
  • Express Shipping: Overnight and 2-day delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Signature Confirmation

All orders over $500 require adult signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Packaging & Insurance

Every order is shipped fully insured and packaged securely to protect against damage or loss during transit. If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@crescentwatchguys.com.

Delivery Times

Domestic delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location and chosen method. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, though customs may cause delays.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address for all orders.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
